De vacuümaansluiting en de uitlaat zijn in een rechte verbinding en de perslucht wordt hier loodrecht op aangesloten. Hierdoor heeft de venturi een grote doorlaat voor stoffige producten en een stoffige omgeving. Het vacuümniveau is instelbaar tot 85% vacuüm. De VDF serie heeft geen vacuümfilter nodig. Heeft u een hoger vacuümniveau nodig, dan heeft Vaccon ook vacuüm generators tot 99,9% vacuüm. The VDFs are ideal for extremely dirty and dusty environments such as foundries, refractory and bagging operations. VDF pumps are non-clogging, never lose suction or require a vacuum filter. The compact VDF models offer both high flow rates  — up to 120 SCFM (3400 LPM,) or high vacuum levels up to 25″Hg (847 mbar).
